Amanda Biehl, DPT, CLT
Dr. Amanda Biehl combines a strong orthopedic background with a passion for pelvic floor physical therapy. Her compassion for patients, excellent manual physical therapy skills, and dedication to quality, individualized treatment make her a top-tier physical therapist.
She is originally from Pineville, Louisiana and a 2003 graduate of Holy Savior Menard Central High School. Amanda attended Louisiana State University where she received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology in 2007, and was then awarded her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Florida in 2011. She chose to begin her professional physical therapy career in Wilmington, North Carolina, and continued her professional development as she returned to her homestate of Louisiana in 2013.
Her clinical experience includes all aspects of orthopedics, geriatrics, and pediatrics. In addition, Amanda has also pursued extensive training in the areas of lymphedema management and women’s/men’s health services for pelvic rehabilitation. She is a Louisiana Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist. Amanda’s passion for physical therapy has also given her the opportunity to become a guest speaker at numerous YMCA Livestrong events, a guest speaker at a Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event, have an article published in the StarNews Health & Medical, featured on KALB’s Good Day Cenla, and guest speaker at Empowered Birth Cenla’s Baby Expo. Central Louisiana had been lacking a local option for specialized services for pelvic rehabilitation for years. Amanda and her husband, Jeremiah, decided to open ReForm Physical Therapy, LLC as they saw that the needs of these patient populations were not currently being met. ReForm Physical Therapy is a local therapist-owned private practice seeking to provide our patients with the best possible care individualized to their needs.
Jeremiah Biehl, DPT
Dr. Jeremiah Biehl is a Louisiana Licensed Physical Therapist with extensive clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, and home health settings. He is strongly committed to professional development and offering patients the most effective treatment interventions available.
Originally from Ohio, Jeremiah graduated from Youngstown State University in 2008 with an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2011, and chose to begin his professional physical therapy career in Jacksonville, North Carolina. His passion for continued learning has also led him to assist in the development and presentation of Continuing Education Courses for local Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists.
Jeremiah has a strong background in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions with quality, efficient, and direct care. However, he also has a strong passion for the proactive approach in the athlete. He values the importance in assessing the whole body, whole movement, and sport specific demands in order to reduce the risk for future injury and improve overall sports performance. He wants to change the view of Physical Therapy from reactive to proactive to keep you painfree and playing for as long as you choose!
Jeremiah sees patients by appointment only at the Texas Avenue location, but he can also be found behind the scenes for non-clinical operations and day to day business management.
Tyler Begor, BS, CPT
Certified Personal Trainer
Tyler is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer with experience working in studio, box gym, and athletic settings. He has a strong belief that it is important to live a healthy and active lifestyle in order to become one’s best self, and has a passion for helping others reach their goals in whatever it is they are doing!
Originally from Upstate New York, Tyler graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Fitness and Wellness Leadership. It was here that he became passionate about personal training through clinical and internship opportunities. He then moved to Burlington, Vermont and took a position as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach at a local studio gym. By taking an individualized and scientific approach to training, Tyler was able to work with a variety of individuals. He worked with older clients returning from joint surgery wanting to improve their daily lives, middle and high school athletes aiming to improve their strength and conditioning to move onto the next level, and endurance athletes looking to compete in ultra marathons.
When Tyler is not working he can be found in the gym, enjoying the outdoors, playing golf, or spending time with family, friends, and dog Avery!

Karsen Kreps, BS, CPT
Certified Personal Trainer
Karsen is an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer with experience working in a private gym and working with athletes. She believes that it is important to live a lifestyle filled with active and healthy habits. She loves helping others reach their short-term and long-term fitness goals.
Karsen is originally from Anacoco, Louisiana. She graduated from Louisiana State University at Alexandria with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Psychology with a minor in Biology. After college, she began working at a private gym in Leesville, LA where she fell in love with Personal Training. Helping individuals and watching them grow into a healthier and more active person is Karsen’s favorite part about being a Personal Trainer.
When not at work, Karsen is also the strength and conditioning coach at LSUA for the Softball team. She enjoys hanging out with friends and family, playing incrediball, swimming, and riding four wheelers!

Kendra LaFountain, RDN, LDN
Registered Dietitian NUTRITIONIST
Kendra grew up in the small town of Plattsburgh, NY—nestled between the Adirondack Mountains, Vermont, and the Canadian border. She first developed an interest in nutrition as a high school athlete while trying to balance hydration, recovery, and performance. That interest furthered as she competed at the international level as an endurance athlete in obstacle course racing.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Science from the University of Vermont in 2017. Kendra then completed a Dietetic Internship with Louisiana Tech University this past May, which included 1200 hours of supervised practice in the Alexandria area. Since completing her program, she passed the national registration exam to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
Kendra currently works as a full time Clinical Dietitian at Rapides Regional Medical Center. She is also completing her master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Louisiana Tech. She believes in using evidence-based practice to provide clients with individualized diet recommendations.
When Kendra’s not working or doing school work, she can be found playing with her two dogs, hiking, traveling, or hanging out with her boyfriend who many of you may know... Tyler!
